Why do the Nice Guys in longterm always outperform the Assholes of this planet by far? Remember Metcalfe’s Law of networks? Well, only somebody that can build up an effective network can increase his efficiency long-term – Assholes struggle to do so and must invest much more energy and means to compete, usually they fail.
